come back year after year. The magnificent spectacle of over 1500
yachts heading down the Needles and round the Isle of Wight is unforgettable.
Each year it offer new surprises, with extraordinary yachts of all
sizes and shapes battle it out for the coveted Gold Roman Bowl and
handicap prizes.
Cork Week
14th - 18th July 2008 Cork Week is known as one of the world's
best regattas. In beautiful surroundings and with typical Irish
hospitality, the races attract over 250 yachts and test even the

Skandia Cowes Week
2nd-9th August 2008
Cowes Week has been running since 1826 and heralds the longest running
regular regatta in the World. Every year the event sees an influx
of around 900 competing yachts in over 35 classes. The regatta attracts
competitors from many different countries adding to an international
flavour including royalty.
The Little Britain Challenge Cup
11th-13th September 2008
This is the largest annual corporate yachting regatta in Europe.
It now attracts over 230 entries exclusively within the construction
industry and raises an incredible amount of money for Jubilee and
Cirdan Sailing Trusts.
